    Adviso is a company of Internet experts who provides Internet strategy and marketing services. The firm has received several Google accreditations, like Website Optimizer Authorized Consultant. My job there as a Web Information and Interaction Designer is to build flowcharts and wireframes, based on users needs, including the following tasks: * user research, personas * information and interaction architecture * wireframes * business requirements * online survey My main projects at Adviso include: tourism application, online newspaper, online dictionary, B to B, e-retailer, etc. and even the Catholic Church of Montreal.

    orangetango is a very creative agency, well-known in Montreal design scene. I entered orangetango as a Web project manager, responsible of the company's new Web team and projects. * project management * planning and quotations * advice and marketing * usability Beside my management assignments, I have worked on Usability for several very interesting projects, like Quebec Music and Theater Conservatory, an architecture firm and a music festival.

    My main project at Sensio was to help La Poste group update their Intranet, iposte, according to users needs. This huge portal gathers more than 200 sites, and we have built a guide to optimize them all. * project management * user research and interviews * usability * accessibility For this project, we worked very close to users, and conducted several phases of users testing and audits. One of the major point of the project was to work on accessibility, as it had become a legal obligation for gouvernemental organizations. After several months of work, we delivered 4 guides, each adapted to a specific target's needs: project managers, designers, programmers, etc.
